The Performing Arts (music, theatre, dance)

All Performing Arts courses in Dance, Music and Theatre are directed by highly qualified, passionate teachers who encourage students to explore their interests and talents. Our award-winning performing arts curriculum includes study in sound engineering and theatre technology. Students are given opportunities to work in ensembles, individual tuition, and all aspects of major theatre productions with the aim to harness their talents and build confidence to last a lifetime.

The Nicholls Performing Arts Centre and the Dance Factory are innovative, on-campus facilities that host an array of performances, events, and rehearsals throughout the year. In 2022, the school opened the Cambrell Creative spaces which features an atelier, shopfront, and student run café. These are central places where creative ideas come to life; be it a junior student beginning piano lessons or seniors designing a line of jewellery for sale. At Pulteney, our artistic endeavours are supported by a close School community, providing a safe and comfortable environment for every student to prosper.
