David is Chief Executive of the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance and an experienced Director on a number of significant boards, including Infrastructure SA, the South Australian Government Financing Authority (chair), the Institute of Public Administration and the Committee for Economic Development Australia Policy Group. David is passionate about South Australia and our community. He is married to Nicolle and they have a daughter at Pulteney Grammar.

Megan is a Risk Management expert and Senior Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking team of Westpac Group and in outside of work, likes to spend her free time finding adventurous things to do with her son.

Paul is currently CEO of The Hospital Research Foundation Group and Independent Director of AusHealth Pty Ltd, and BiomeBank Pty Ltd. Paul is a parent of children at Pulteney Grammar School and in his spare time, Paul likes spending time with family and close friends, camping, and going to the beach.

A director of Laity Morrow, Kate is an experienced property, projects and infrastructure lawyer, who has worked in private legal practice for nearly 20 years. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and catching up with friends.

Director of Moto Projects a boutique project and development management consultancy, Lorne is also a taxi driver for 3 kids and avid outdoor activities and adventure enthusiast, particularly anything that involves motion on 2 wheels or hanging about on snow and ice.
