Mamma Mia and COVID
Could we please request that all Mamma Mia cast and crew minimise their involvement and attendance with social and other external events, as much as possible, so we can try to avoid COVID. We know this is a challenge, but we are trying to avoid students getting COVID a week prior to the show and then having to isolate and miss out on doing the show. This would be very sad and of course create many issues for the remaining cast.

Winter Concert

Saturday 18 June, Week 7 Term 2
As mentioned last week, we are excited to once again host the Pulteney Winter Concert. The event will feature two concerts: the first will showcase the talents of our primary age students from 4.00pm to 5.15pm and the second concert, will commence at 7.00pm and feature the Middle and Senior School students. Food and refreshments will be available from the Middle School in between the two concerts, with the Paella Truck, Indian Curry Truck, Friends of Performing Arts Soup Kitchen and the bar featuring our own brewed Warm Mead Wine.

This exciting event will feature most of the School’s music ensembles, choirs and groups and will be a wonderful evening of musical entertainment.

More details about this exciting event will come out soon, but in the meantime, please keep the date free.

Cello Tutor
I am pleased to announce that Hamish Netting is joining us as our new cello tutor and will start his tenure next week, Tuesday Week 4. Our string program is growing year upon year with new students taking up a violin, viola, cello or double bass in record numbers. If you are interested in your child taking up a string instrument please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss. Students as young as 5 can take up one to one string lessons.
