Online Enrolment Application Form

In preparation to complete the Application for Registration Form, please have ready electronic (PDF or JPEG) files of the following documents:

• The student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
• The student’s latest school report if applying for commencement in the next 12 months in Year 1 or above
• Immunisation record from MyGov (ELC enrolment only)
• Specialist or Psychologist Report (if applicable)
• Court Orders or Parenting Plan (if applicable)

If you have previously submitted an application or deferred a place on our waitlist, please email or call the Enrolments Office to amend your existing application.

Each application requires a $100 application fee. Applications will be registered once the fee has been paid.
Please note, no fee is applicable for families of current siblings, Old Scholars or current staff.
