Photographic Permission and Communication Preferences

Last year, the Parent Community Portal was upgraded so that important details pertaining to you and your family can be updated in real-time and stored securely electronically. This included a comprehensive photo/video permission feature designed to allow you to control how the School uses your child/ren’s images.

To ensure your child/ren’s privacy adequately, the Photo/Video Permissions section covers six options where images/video content may be used. These options will flow through to other systems and assist the School in only showing images/videos in which all pictured students have parental consent.

If you have not already done so, we ask that you visit the Parent Community Portal and update your child(ren) Photo/Video Permissions as a matter of urgency. Click on the image below for instructions on how to do this.
