one ninety Nominations
All students in one ninety are required to participate in a range of activities throughout the year. It is expected that students in Year 10 and 11 make a commitment to at least three ongoing school activities in a year, at least two of which should be in a recognised school sport. Students in Year 12 are required to participate in a minimum of two activities during terms one, two and three.
If students wish to play a sport that is offered by the School, they must play for the School in preference to an outside club. Students who cannot fulfill this commitment must provide the Head of Sport with sufficient evidence to support an exemption from this expectation.
Exemptions are granted in cases of medical conditions and where a student holds a major sporting commitment to a sport not offered at Pulteney. In all cases these must be notified through the office of the Head of Sport.
This nomination is not an expression of interest, but rather a firm commitment. It is very important for students to honour this commitment unless unforeseen circumstances prevent them from doing so.
Teams are subject to minimum numbers. If these cannot be met, a team will NOT be nominated and students may be asked to support another choice.
