Training & Games

Seniors are required to attend two trainings a week, Middles are required to attend at least one training a week.  Players are encouraged to attend more than the minimum and can attend all three training sessions to improve their skills to a higher level.

Training and home games are at the South Park Hockey & Tennis Centre on Greenhill Road.
